The Alumni Forum Services team collaborates with Harvard Business School clubs and alumni as well as other educational organizations, associations, and companies to design, build, and elevate exceptional peer forum experiences. We provide a full range of experience and data driven forum strategies, training programs, and facilitation services.

Bob Halperin is co-founder of Alumni Forum Services and a recognized leader in peer forum design, facilitation, and leadership development. He believes that meaningful growth happens through trusted peer relationships and has spent decades helping leaders build high-trust forums that foster accountability, perspective, and transformation. His facilitation style combines thoughtful structure, adaptability, and a deep understanding of executive leadership dynamics.

Mr. Halperin previously served as Chief Education Officer of Young Presidents' Organization, where he was trained as a forum moderator and helped expand forum-based learning throughout the organization. He has been a YPO Certified Forum Facilitator since 2011 and has facilitated hundreds of forum launches, retreats, moderator trainings, and executive team sessions across a wide range of organizations and industries.

Over the past 15 years, Mr. Halperin has helped launch more than 75 Harvard Business School alumni forums across the United States and internationally, as well as peer groups for organizations including McKinsey, Citibank, Techstars, UC Berkeley Haas, and IESE Business School. He has also held senior leadership roles at Harvard Business School, Babson College, and MIT Sloan School of Management.

Mr. Halperin received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BA in economics from Brandeis University.
