Graham Weihmiller

Graham Weihmiller is a member of the leadership team at Alumni Forum Services, where he is excited to help build the premier, forum-based leadership community grounded in a simple belief: the most effective way to grow as a leader is through consistent, confidential engagement with a small group of trusted peers who challenge, support, and hold one another accountable. His work is focused on elevating the quality, structure, and impact of that experience for accomplished leaders navigating complex personal and professional decisions.
Mr. Weihmiller previously served as CEO of BNI from 2014 to 2024, leading the world’s largest referral networking organization across 77 countries and more than 355,000 members. During his tenure, he drove global expansion while strengthening member engagement, leadership development, and long-term retention across the network.
Earlier, he was CEO of a national homecare services company with more than 150 locations and held leadership roles with Bank of America and Merrill Lynch. He began his career working on projects with J.P. Morgan, Booz Allen Hamilton, and The White House.
He is a long-time member of Young Presidents' Organization and a frequent speaker on leadership and high-performing communities, having presented at Harvard University, Stanford University, and Georgetown University. He is co-author of The Connector Effect, a best-selling book on the role of relationships in driving performance.
